Talk to Gynecologist on Early Pregnancy

Salam! I have early pregnancy and there are minimum symptoms right now like nausea without vomiting breast tenderness abdominal cramps these symptoms appear off n on not regularly my lmp is 16 july and got positive home test on 25th aug and blood test on 27th aug, initially my doc doesn't see any gestational sac and my nxt appointment is due yet i will also share my report in comment...my concern is that its normal to have some or no symptoms in early pregnancy?? As i have my first pregnancy so i am concerned about it I will be highly obliged if my query is answered
