Salam doc! I am 6th week pregnant . I haven't visit any doc yet i have a miscarriage history 2 years ago. i am having iberet 500 , osnate D and folic acid is it ok?
no need of iron and calcium supplements for now only continue with folic acid till end of first trimester
u should take folic acid at this level
but u must visit ir gymacologist on regular basis
in initial stages of pregnancy u dnt need iron and vit d,just take folic acid,nutritious diet.nd do regular chckupz with any good gynaecologist.
