Talk to Gynecologist on Do I Have PCOD/PCOS?

I had irregular periods. My BMI (asian) shows an overweight range i.e 23. Height = 5'4, weight = 61 kgs. Age = 20. Marital status = unmarried. I had acne even BEFORE the irregularity had begun. However, I never had severe acne and I used to breakout only when my date was near, even now. These are my reports from January 2021. My gynea had diagnosed me with PCOS, and told me to loose some weight. She also prescribed me Diane-35, Femara and had asked me to continue it for the next three months. If I bleed just fine for these three months, then it's not necessary for me to pay her a visit again. She told me that i just need to do LH, FSH tests again to rule out my PCOS. Luckily, I bled just fine for these three months, even now, my periods are regular.

The matter of concern for me is, I showed my reports to another gynea a while back and she told me that I never had PCOD? My ovaries are fine, no cysts, no enalrged size, and my hormonal reports were somehwat normal for my age back then
