i had a dnc at 13.1 week on 29 n 30th jan, two tym coz ov some Rpocs were nt clear dn i had san i was clear, my question is for how many days i have to avoid intercourse wd my husband n plus when i am gona do my daily chores??? when i am normal n can lift weight??? do exercises n walk???
Avoid intercourse for 21 days. You can do your daily work after a week after procedure. Start exercises after 21 days.
your bleeding stopped???after 10 days of DNC you can do your daily routine work but avoid weight lifting for at least 40 days
take tab folic acid for atleast 3 month build ur health book an appointment for details
You need to avoid intercourse till your bleeding stops completely which may take upto 40 days as after a normal delivery. You can return to your daily routine as early as you feel normal... no hard n fast rules for that

-If bleeding stops, no complication then she can have intercourse after 2to 3 wks but first cinfirm things Normal.
-Have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-have multivitamins like iron and calcium with Vit D.
-avoid weight lifting, excessive walk or exercise, stairs,use comode.
-observe smmptoms
