Talk to Gynecologist on Dizziness In 9th Month Of Pregnancy

I am 38 weeks pregnant. My blood pressure, iron levels and sugar levels are normal and my doctor asked me to wait for contractions/water break. The problem is I am feeling so much dizziness these days. My heart rate drops to 48 when I am feeling dizzy and then increases back to 100. Is there something to feel worried about ? I really want to have normal delivery. Does this cause any concern for that ? Baby’s movements are fine throughout the day and there is no other issue.
