discharge is normal due to hormonal effect if you experience fever lower abdominal pain and fuel smell that go for high vaginal swab

I dont feel anything and no smell at all..I only feel discharge more than usual which make me disturbed..I have used cyclogest and duphaston during 3rd month because of bleeding and spotting..but now there is no bleeding or spotting I only feel thick yellowish discharge
