Talk to Gynecologist on Diarrhea In Pregnancy With History Of IBS

Aoa, I'm 5 weeks pregnant. but I'm experiencing diarrhea from 4,5 days .it was not loose motion from start but from 2 days it got worse. I did consult with doctor she gave me Enflor. I'm taking them but no progress in loose motion. it's 2 times a day. plus I also have IBS , My stomach gets upset after some time,but I can't take Imodium now like before. what should I do? I'm really worried about baby.
Tske yougart (Dahi)more frequently also take less chili diet avoid Roti take rice so when diarrhea stops then come on the routine diet

Take light non spicy diet.
Eat foods that are easy to digest.like Bananas,Rice ,toast,potato,chicken and vegetable soup ,yogurt etc.persistent diarrhoea can lead to dehydration and malnutrition and dangerous to women and baby.pregnant women with severe and lasting diarrhoea should seek immediate medical advise

Aoa as it is early pregnancy. Try to manage with diet so unnecessary medications will not harm the formation of baby. Take folic acid 5 mg tablet daily. Thanks

enflor is nt indicated in pregnancy...kindly take second opinion...take three bananas+half cup yoghurt:make a smoothie-take two to three times a day...it might work...

then what can I do to control it. I have IBS . I'm taking care of my diet hopefully it will recover from the diet. but I'm concerned kyun k diet itni achi nai rakh paa rahi to baby ko nutrients mil rahy puray ya nai.
