Aoa..28 week pregnant lady ogtt done at 25 that was normal Fasting n random blod sugr level till 28 week normal Now fasting is normal lyk 81 85 89 Bt random after 2 hour is 121 124 128..position of baby is breech n afi is 13...kindly suggest wht should to do

Have diet plan for diabetics ans 30 min walk after each meal. Monitor 1 hour level after meal, not 2 hour level. Baby chages position frequently at this duration of pregnancy. So don't worry.

Levels r normal...fasting as well as random...
Frequently do knee chest positions as v do in sajda...at least 3-4 ×/day...but dont push urself too much...tilt to the limits where u can easily go...
