Talk to Gynecologist on Delay In Periods

Hey ASALAMOALAIKUM, HOPE YOURE DOING GOOD, Actually im very worried about my delayed menstrual cycle, im mother of 2 (normally delivered) last in mid of june i got my periods since thn abhi tak nahi hopaye , i also had a pregnancy strip test 2 days back but the result was negative i m worried about what the reason can be? Can u prescribe any medicine? Or should i go for some pregnancy blood test or urine dr etc?? One more thing i was having some abdomen pain since days n bit pain in uterus side as well so Dr prescribed me an Upper abdomen ultrasound in which mild hepatomegaly was diagnosed so i was having medicines since days related to that n also some anti anxiety anti depression medicines and yes suffering from cervical spondylosis too so taking medicine for that aswell, So i was worried if the delayed is because of these medicines or some other issues ?? Please help ill be really thankfull JAZAK'ALLAH O KHAIRA..
