Talk to Gynecologist on Cramps After Cerclage

I had emergency cerclage at 12 weeks due to short cervix of 2.5cm. 1 week completed... Now even i am not constipated still then whenever i go for poo, i feel severe cramps like pain n i start crying while poo. What could be the reason?? What should i do to get relief from this pain Thanks
