Talk to Gynecologist on Contraception

I have been taking famila 28 from last 6 months. I had 2 csecs. March 2015 and March 2017. Always had regular period. Married in December 2013. Now issue is my periods are reduced from 6 to 3 days. My whole body looks swelled as in i have put alot of weight. Current weight 82kg. Height 5.3. I know i am over weight.

What to do for swelled body and normal 6 days periods. Is my body swelled due to famila 28 intake for contraception. Previously i used Yaz but i felt low sex drive and dizziness and took twice only as my husband is mostly out of country. Suggest to decrease weight and body swelling.
