Please tell me what Scan should be done at 30/31 weeks to know the location (distance) of placenta from internal OS? It was 15mm away from internal os at my 20 weeks scan and was still lying low at 28 weeks. I want to know the distance to be safe. What is the name of scan and can it be done at 30-31 wks?

if u r having such placenta, then this is none of ur task to estimate the distance from os. u r just adding stress to ur life. that is bad especially in pregnancy. be relax. not at 30weeks , but at appropriate weeks ur attending obstetrician will advise you radiological tests to make decision to deliver to vaginally or abdominally.. be relaxed.. gud luck

Thank you Ma'am. My doctor rarely replies to my questions, she charges more than the average fee and only looks for 5 minutes. I had to remind her of my basic blood work tests and her response was "oh yes baita, I forgot to mention those" hence I'm worried. thanks again.
