Yes you can conceive with this follicle size

So late ovulation will not be the problem?
Because i am trying since 10months and still didnt conceive

And i want to ask you one thing more that dr told me to eat femara to stimulate the follicles so it is safe to eat femara because i am ovulating but latee..

Patients with pco can conceive ,20mm follicle size is good ,but you need evaluation like your husband semen Analysis is also important for conception and doctor needs to review your reports so better to consult the gynaecologist in proper clinic .

Doctor reviewed my all reports even my fsh and lh ratio is also good but still i am not conceiving..
I am little bit overweight so that could be the reason?
Prolactin was little bit high but its jn normal range now.
But my main problem is that i am ovulating late like last month i ovulate at 21 22 cyclee so thats is the hurdle for not conceiving ?
