Talk to Gynecologist on Conceiveing Problem

Asalamualikum. we are trying to conceive for 7 months but nothing happened. i went to the doctor she gave me some test and ultrasound for me and a test for my husband. my husband test report came good and fine. but my doctor said that my insuline serum is high 16.89 in fasting. and i have bulky ovaries. and eggs are not properly produced. so my doctor gave me maxfol and glucophage and asked me to wait 3 months and she also said that do exercises and walk and reduce your weight and eat healthy food. my weight is 67 and height is 5'5. so my question is insulin and large ovaries can effect fertility?
