Talk to Gynecologist on Clomid After Laproscopy

Hello. I had my laproscopy on 7 march of 2 simple follicular cysts and Dr also checked my follicular tube that were both blocked but luckily they unblocked it. On 27 march I had my periods but in April I didn't had my periods...in may I got periods on 4 may and I used clomid from day 2 to day 6 but didn't had ultrasound on day 12 to check size of egg...now in June I didn't had periods till now...my cycle is about 40 days but brown discharge starts at day 34 or 35 but this time no discharge and it's 10 days up. I didn't had pregnancy test yet... sometimes it pains in both sides of overies.. I heard clomid can create cyst and I don't want it again...what should I do? Please help me
