try to avoid these things in pregnancy as these are not nutritious at all but will only increase your weight which will be difficult to lose after delivery.. take minimum amount possible...

vomit rat mn kuch b khaoun to ho jati ha. constipation to ni hai.. but stomach ka pass heard hota belly. belly button ka pass to soft e hota
