Talk to Gynecologist on Cant Conceive Since Last 3 Years

Meri shadi ko 3 years ho gy hn.. 1 husband diabetic 2 semen test nahi ho rha tha..semen itna nhi nikal rha tha k test ho sky..1 ya 2 drop release ho rhy thy..phir 1 dr(urologist) sy consult kiya unho ny medicine di us k use sy ikafi semen release hua jis sy semen test ho gya..us me 40% active aya..but ab test k baad 3 months sy try kr rhy no progress... Problem ye hai k medicine k bgair semen release nhi hota..or medicine use krny sy sugar high hota hai..and chakar atay hn.. Medicine are Loprin Tofranil Simva Meri(wife) ki reports thk hn..ultrasound blood test sb ok..menstrual cycle b thk hai..kindly help
