Picture is a little blurr . If there is no oozing then it’s fine . ( pani Ager stitches se nahi nikal raha to koi masla nhi ha just apply polyfax on it . Zakham per bojh nahi dalain and dry rakhain . Bethna kam ha . Yaan to Chalain yaan ohir lait jain . Or Ager Iss me se pus / pani nikal raha ha to apni Doctor ko dekhain so wo apko antibiotic de sakain and ehtiyat yehi ha jo mene batai ha . DONOT use Anyother cream on it . Only polyfax .
ur pic not clear any discharge from wound line concern with ur doctor if any other symptoms

nothing to worry about. it is ususlly normal in hypertrophic scar.
