Talk to Gynecologist on Brown Spots In Pregnancy

My wife is week is 6-7 weeks pregnant and bhcg 3455 on 7 june but she felt a very few brown discharge ( brown in color and a very tiny clots like an insect or threads dipped in reddish brown paint)

My question is: Is it normal or not? Because our dr is saying a few women face this during preg and take rest amap.

She felt it last night ( June 8th) and today in morning

Today dr injected her ivf5000 and yesterday before spotting she revised the medicines added duphaston and cac1000. Previously she was taking folic acids and lysovits
