Please get yourself examined. Reddens may be due to infection or abscess.
Apply bepanthen plus lotion or Mycitracin cream to the affected side.
Get yourself examined if the redness doesn't settle in 3 days
If there is breast pain , redness and fever please schedule an appointment for detailed evaluation as you can have infection. Make sure you are regularly 2-3 hourly expressing breast milk so it doesn't get engorged
Do breast massage regularly. Keep nipple clean. No danger of feeding to baby
