Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Discharge
Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Karachi
I have yellow discharge from my left breast no other symptoms. I visited 2 or 3 doctors but they said it's not serious one doctor gives me primrose oil and other one give me antibiotics but nothing helpful

Salam u have to get urself examined . Also get ur ultrasound breast done and serum prolactin because due to hormone disturbance this can happen as well and fup in clinic with ur reports . Thanks

W. Salam thanku for your reply. I forget the name of medicine name but I remember she told me it's very safe antibiotics plus it's use purely female problems.

Yes doctor I had ultrasound twice one was clear but other doctor said minor fluid is detected and she gave me the brotin 2.5mg but didn't work

W. Salam. Yes I did both of them all are almost fine. In my 2nd ultra sound it's just a little fluid visible in breast ultrasound. But doctor said nothing to worry just wait for 6 months but m so concerned

Have u taken any medicines for it . U need to get urself examined to start any medicine for this problem because it is only after history and examination proper treatment can be started

Yes she gave me antibiotics for 5 days but nothing work then she said just have primrose oil capsule on regular basis, but no results m taking it for like 1 and half month

Have u got ur ultrasound repeated after the course of antibiotics. May be the medicine did not work and another group of antibiotics may be required
