Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding After Intercourse

I bleed everytime after intercourse. I do use lube because without it intercourse is a little painful. I am worried as to why I bleed becasue I am not facing any other issue. I have regular periods every month and normal discharge when i am ovulating. I do have chronic back pain but I’ve had that since a young age. It can not be a tear either because it does not hurt or sting during intercourse.
