I had a c section 7th months ago, I was given spinal anesthesia, since then , I have backache,it occurs more when I sit for a long time, or do any continuous housework, when I lay down, I feel slight comfort, plz suggest something except medicine, as I had taken iberet folic and qalsan d for 2 months after c sec as recommended by my Dr

It's better to consult an orthopaedic surgeon or a neurologist .. before
that get an MRI of ur lumbosacral region done
