Talk to Gynecologist on Back Ache In Pregnancy

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and have a lot of pain in the area marked in blue. The pain worsens when I'm lying down or sitting. Has anyone faced this? Is there anything i can do to relieve the pain? Massage isn't helping at all.
