Assalam o alaikum Respected doctors i have two miscarriages and 1 normal twins delivery in 6th month pregnency dispite cervical stitches and they died both.
now i am in 5th month pregnency. in TVS i dont need stitches. but now i feel much pressure in lower abdomen. in chekup doctr said your baby is down. Bacha nechy aa jata h wazan barrh jata h. mjhy is k leay kya krna chaheay. plz guide. Wazan bardasht ni hota. aesy lagta h baby bahir aa jay ga itna nechy aa jata h aur harkat nechy feel hoti hy ???
I think you should get cervical length measured and if required Emergency cerclage / Arabin pessary should be inserted by your doctor
your cervical length should be measured and arabin pessary is a good option for you if you hav prev 2 2nd trimester miscarriage and one pre term delivery
I think you should still go for the stitch

Aoa u must relax and regular follow up with your doctor. Avoid long standing and sitting. You can use cyclogest pessary ( 200mg) at bed time till 36 weeks. Have complete urine test monthly to rule out infection. Thanks

Mam TVS done and length was 35. doctr said no need of stitches.
