Talk to Gynecologist on Baby Head Drop 39 Weeks

I will be 39 weeks this thursday. I have PIH, no protien in urine or swelling of feet but high bp so taking aldomet 500 mg 3 times a day and another one 5 mg for 2 times a day. Dr says if head isnt dropped till thursday she will do c section. I want to ask is it possible for head to drop after inducing artificial pains? should i opt for c section? Or ask her to induce me? So head drops on its own
