There are many body factors which can change the level of ca 125. 129 is still raised, so go ahead with the treatment suggested by your doctor

This level is mildly raised level
Intne level par cancer nahin ho sakta .
Is ke reasons aur bhi ho sakte hain
1. Ovarian cyst
2. infection
3. Endometriosis.

there r certain other conditions along wth mensturation when its levels fluctuate...so test done in non bleeding days fr a known reason is much more reliable...normal levels r 35 but these two r way ahead of the normal levels...
