-ultrasound not abnormal, u need to repeat it after a month atleast as organs still under development.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-try to observe symmtoms strictly.
Regular antenatal check ups and Follow ups.

All is ok but ure placenta is lower lying so take rest dont lift heavy stufff

Your anomaly scan is alright. Low placenta is not unusual at this stage and in 9/10 women, it will move away by the time you are 32 week.continue taking your supplements and and repeat scan around 32-34 week.good luck!

bed rest does not help to lower the risk of complications or early delivery.you can continue with your routine day to day activities based solely on your scan report ,but Ofcourse your obgyn will be able to advise you better as he/she is aware of your full history .
