Asking For Wife, Female 30, karachi
my wife is 29 weeks pregnant her hemoglobin at the start of pregnancy (4 weeks) was 13.3 last month her Hb was 11.2 now it is reduced to 10.9 doctor has given her theragran -M once daily she is facing low blood pressure and weakness issues with bp going down to 100/65 what is the way to improve blood pressure and is the medicine dose enough or it needs to be increased?
Her Bp is normal , to improve hb she can take tab trihemmic 600 once a day with plain water, take juices and more water and fibre food
