Meri delivery ko 20 days hoye hain or meray episiotomy stitches heal nhn ho rhy. Doctor ne kaha tha khud dissolve ho jain ge. Mujhy bht stiffness hoti hai stitches ma b or anus k pass b. Stool pass krty hoye bht pain hota hai.

Take multivitamin fefol-vit capsule daily
take calcium and calcium supplements, vitamin d, and vitamin c.

I have been applying the cream. Stitches are fine now. But I am having problem in passing stool. It pains alot before and while passing stool. There is no swelling or redness but I feel heaviness. It causes severe discomfort and now I am afraid.
