aur Jahan Tak apki pregancy ki duration ki baat hai, wo unfortunately is scan ki report sey decipher nahi ho sakti but according to your dates, you are 6 weeks 2 days.
however I would advise k aap kindly next fifteen days Mei aik proper dating scan karwa lein

- Dear have folic acid Regularly can have cyclizine tab 50 mgs 8 hrly or if severe better to consult treating obstetrician to have proper management and investigations .
- Scan need to be repeated After 10 days if no Symmptoms if pain or bleeding other wise before on appearing Symmptoms .
