Talk to Gynecologist on Abortion/misscarriage
Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Peshawar
I was taking cytopan 50 2 tablets thrice a day for one week and then cytopan 50 2 tablets vaginally twice a day for 3 days. There was a gush of vleedung and then slight spotting for 3 days only. Doctor did an ultrasound and said sac and fetal pole is visible with positive cardiac activity. Now im 7 weeks pregnant and taking cytopan 50 2 tablets thrice a day orally and two tablets twice a day vaginally. There is a bleeding but no clots and didnt expel any pregnancy tissue or sac etc.

Why do you want to abort this pregnancy is there any medical indication????
You might not be applying the vaginal tablet correctly it is placed high up in the posterior vaginal formix.....
If there is medical indication for abortion you better get hospitalized so that your healthcare provider can place the tablet correctly secondly after placing the tablet you don't move for about 1 hr and before placing the tablet mildly soak it so that it gets absorbed quickly
And if you had a caesarean previously or you have more than 3 children then please don't use this tablet at home because it can rupture uterus
