Asking for Wife, Female, 22 years old, Karachi
Assalam o alikum , its 6 weeks now she got no period, and pregnancy test ( using test strip) is negative 2 weeks before, please guide

Get serum beta hcg done and consult your gynaecologist with report
as previous test was done two weeks back better to repeat the pregnancy test

-Many factors can delay periods like stress, anxiety, sterneous exercise, sudden weight gain or weight loss, illness, medications etc.
-Dear it's better to have blood pregnancy test (serum Beta hcg).
-if beta hcg is positive then have folic acid daily and report symmptoms to Gynae Emergency (one sided lower abdominal pain).
If beta hcg negative then u need Evaluation and Menstrual induction.
