It's my second pregnancy, it's about 2nd month going on, I couldn't visit a doctor.
I have little pain in my right side of the abdomen. sometimes its frequency is high otherwise it's low. what could be the reason?

Hello, rule out ectopic pregnancy and appendicitis by consulting doctor
you should have a dating ultrasound (for cofirmation of Intrauterine viable pregnancy)
secondly check your Hemoglobin and for further details book an appointment.
Go for pelvic ultrasound and some base line investigations and you must visit a gynecologist
go for usg , CBC and urine complete examination.
