Talk to Geneticist on Genetics And Birth Defects

Hello, I have a question about genetics and cousin marriage.

My family wants me to get married to my first cousin, (My Father's brother daughter)

However i have some reservations on this

1) Its a repeated cousin marriage (her father and mother are also 1st cousins )

2) One of her elder brother died shortly after birth

3) Another brother is abnormal, and has heart and eye problem as well.

4) The difference of age between her and her brother age is 6 years

Can you please suggest what is the probability (from medical point of view) of me and her having children with genetic defects if we get married?

What are the problems that I can face and should be ready if I marry her?
