Few days back my father went to a wedding but due too poor entrance he felt down hit by a hard metal type thing but he didnt told us about that incident ,today he told us that he has blood clot type near his belly button a red patch idk what too do kindly guide me what to do first .i m very worried.

Need little bit more explanation or a pic , but when there is blunt trauma ( injury)as u mentioned, it will go with time changing colours day by day . Secondly if it is painful , then need to get investigations and imaging with USG

aoa i have read your question.i need to know few things regarding your father s general condition and also i need to look at the lesion . if you can take video appointment that would be much appreciated.it can be a simple bruise as well which can go away on its own but i need to see it first.thank you.
Please have an ultrasound scan abdomen initially, and then if necessary CT scan. get all blood test as well.
In the first instance get CT Scan or Ultrasound of abdomen of your father. Then make online appointment to discuss the result and treatment. By the way does your father take any blood thinner medication.
First of all dont worry,it can be possibly minor wound that might have involved skin or tissue just below skin(i hope he wouldnt be feverish right now and passing stools normally)
You need to visit any general surgeon in ur city after an abdominal ultrasound.
Bottom Line: Dont worry but seek opinion from doctor.
This requires examination and possible imaging investigation.

What medicines your father is taking? Is he taking Aspirin or any other medicines as blood thinners? How is his blood sugar control? A picture would guide better about the status of trauma. Otherwise you can get an ultrasound of abdomen to check the status. May he gets well soon

It seems like a hematoma which should resolve on its own you just need to to fomentation hot or cold but consult if following things occur
1)if the size is increasing
2) if pain is increasing.
3) If there is abdominal distention
4) Difficulty in breathing

in the absence of further details of injuries, current medications and comorbidities, I cannot have an opinion. best course of action is to see a doctor nearby immediately who I am sure would assess and give appropriate guidance.
it's better to share pic for better evaluation, it might b a bruise or hematoma. If it's painful, increasing in size etc need to be checked by surgeon.
My opinion is that you must control his blood sigar to normal level with hypoglycemic drugs.. The blood clot may be a underlying injury which need dressings. Must be seen by a surgeon..

aoa. give him tablet Chymoral, one tablet after breakfast and one after dinner, for five days. He will be fine, insha Allah.
in case of pain, give one tablet Paracetamol, on as and when required basis.

seems to be a bruise ,if no signs of inflammation like pain redness and swelling nothing to do just observe , if any signs above said appear consult physician and also in history medication or previous illnesses will be significant.
Salam. Better to get him examined and maintain blood sugar level. In diabetics no injury is minor.

I think it’s like underlying skin haematoma, or bruise just observe if gets worse then to see a doctor in person . Otherwise should get better by itself
