Asa It remains a fairly aggressive cancer. Temporary cure of 5 years is considered a great achievement. Similar case like steve jobs who had all the resources on earth.

Depends what exactly is the histopath.
Adenos are aggressive.
Nets, gist and cystic are having better prognosis.
Rather than posting here It would be a good idea to see some Oncologist.
Preferably visit walkin Shaukat khanam

Plus pancreas are having guarded prognosis,
Periampullary tend to do better.
Unfortunately for ca panc. Overall prognosis is dismal, median survival after surgery and adjuvant chemo is 24-26 months.
But again it's better to see some Oncologist.

5 year survival is not given for one patient. Some patients live more than 5 yrs and some less. Pancreatic Ca is an aggressive cancer and whipple's procedure is not a minor procedure. It has its complications also.
