Do I have chest fat or gynecomastia?
Can this fat be cured using meds plus exercise? or surgery is must.
please advise
Jst option: plz ignore and try with low fat diet and exercise and if cannot do Surgery is the option

I am from Islamabad it's gyncomastia do exercise and use low fat diet for some time if not reduced than surgery is the option and consult to general surgeon like me
needs clinical assesmnt.. to rule out any reversible cause... followed by some investigation...
and then surgery if no cause found

This is gynacomastia ....Its very easy to treat it.....I do it as a liposuction....just two holes and chest will be flat. ..Just 35m procedure with out amy stitch or hospital admission

breast will be flat after liposuction...I have shared a pic ...i have done many ...without liposuction it will remain bulky
