Asa Most probably you have an anal fissure. Need to be seen in the clinic and then appropriate treatment would be advised.
Needs examination for diagnosis, must see a surgeon to decide whether to operate on or medical treatment
although it's looks like anal fissure but it needs complete history and clinical examination by the surgeon to confirm
