In UK we do Banding of haemorrhoids which is not painful at all. I also do THD which means haemorrhoid treatment with ultrasound and not v painful. I also do Ferguson and open haemorrhoidectomy which are painful. I am happy to see and give you further advise if you arrange an appointment.

I have 2nd time hernia problem on my right side first i operated on my left the open surgery was very painful now one year left still i have pain on surgical area i need laproscopic hernia surgery what should i do is there any laprosopic specialist in quetta or should go to karachi kindly reply me thanks

Was this inguinal hernia repair? I do laparoscopic hernia repair which is much less painful than open ones. Unfortunately, I work in Lahore. I do not know anyone in Karachi.

Yes sir that was inguinal hernia now i have on right and i dont want to go through next painfull open surgery i live in quetta and doing job thats why i have problem of timming i think here laporoscopy is not well known otherwise all over the world doctors suggest laporoscopy dont know what to do
