Talk to General Surgeon on Abdominal Severe Pain

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 54 years old, Pakistan

Respected Doctors AoA, I have faced atleast 3 or 4 acute abdominal pains in January, April, 28 August 2019. two times definitely after few hours of eating oily food. Severe Pain lasted 2-4 hours and then subsided itself. After last pain, whole abdominal ultrasound was performed in China and gallstone was discovered along with a left kidney cyst. Now I came back Pakistan for treatment. Again I went through some blood tests and ultrasound (please see attached reports of Ultrasound, LFT etc). Expert doctors are requested to please advise in the light of these tests. Should I opt for gallbladder surgery or there could be some other options. Were all those pain due to gallstone. Please advise me I am very much confused.

you have only gall stones for that better go far laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Consult your local area surgeon

Sir, I have seen many complaint of Lapchole patients that they feel shoulder pain after removal or sometime a pain in abdomen. Why this sir??

nothing to worry about that.
Because shoulder and the layer separate the tummy from chest (diaphragm) have same nerve supple which got irritated by gass we put inside while doing surgery.
It settled own it's own in a week time.
