A Small Lump ("Giliti" In Urdu) Has Been Emerged On Center Of The Chest.

Question

For a week i have been noticing that a strange small lump has been emerged on my chest in center a little to right. Its under the skin and is hard when i touch. Sometime i feel pain when i touch it a lot. Can you tell me what might be the problem?
