Sir/Mam I am all okay but I have pain in my legs due to which I feel Uncomfortable and can not Sleep. Please suggest me any Solution regarding.

i am having little constipation. in 24 hours, 3 times stool pass but in very limited. it seems that i should goto bathroom BUT very limited stool pass. pls. advise
