For weight loss not just Green tea is enough your lifestyle, routine diet, sleep cycle all effects weight. As far as brands are concerned best brand is daily evening walk for 20-30 mins if not daily then at least 3 times in a week with proper hydration. Nothing lowers weight better than walk.
