i got married 3 years ago tb mera weight 53kg tha after first baby mein 59 pr agye.. thn second jo last year hwa csection c mera weight 60 pr tha mera khana pena bohat axha nhn tha q kai seprate rhty tu bachon kai sath aik ya 2 time h kha pati thi baqi time bhook lgti ty fruit kha leti thi... abh lockdown mein q kai husband ghar pr thy tu 3 time khana pena shuru hogya aur now i am 66kg aur pichly 1 2 month c mujhe chakr bohat arhy r sr bhari bhari lgta sara din jism sust rhta r baith kr uththi hoon tu tangyein sun hwi v hoti hain.. ya aksr soty mein hath sun hojaty hain.. mujhe kiya krna chaye? weight kse km krun?
