you should simply follow the primary team who diagnosed him. was he diagnosed at a TB control centre or a large teaching hospital?

from Atomic energy hospital ISB was reffered to PIMS isb they sent him to PIME site multan in nishter hospital.test done by multiple hospitals and labs Drug resistance MTB detected and now getting treated under world bank supported WHO program.

he has lymph node in his upper body.been there for 5 years or so
treatment was done with first line medicians in 2016
then fte node reappear and he was on 1st line TB drugs for 15 months but the node keep appearing so the Dr. went for an other round of tests and now put him on these drugs.
really worried about side effects.
he allready had lever issue with pervious treatment.
