Hello there, what was the reason of the semen analysis done? you would need to consult a good urologist for the proper advice and assessment done. there are certain issues in the results which need to be discussed in private , those cant be answered on this platform.
you may need to have a scan done to the abdomen for further analysis.

Thank you mam for your kind response. We have no baby after one and half year so her doctor advised this test. Please just answer one question that is it curable or not? If there is any chance for treatment then I will surely go for it. Thanks in advance.
