Talk to General Problems on Hyperthyroidism

I'm a hyperthyroidism patient since September 2018. I started 18 months course of Neomarcazole tab in Oct 2018. My course is completed in March 2020 and I was expected to see my Dr in April with my labs. But due to lockdown I didn't get check my thyroid levels nor I was able to consult with my Dr. I'm a patient of Dr Zareen Kiran in Dow hospital. I'm currently taking Neomarcazole 5mg and Inderal 40mg once daily. My Dr said that we should not use Neomarcazole for long time so after 18 months course we decide the further treatment of thyroid. I want to know that due to certain circumstances I don't want to go to the hospital so can I delay my treatment and continue using Neomarcazole OR it's important to consult my Dr now?
