i have monitored my pulse rate for a month now it always remain btw 100 and 110 bpm should i be worried? should i undergo any test? should i consult to a cardiologist? or is it normal?
Are you taking any medicine for allergy or sleep disturbance

too much mucus forms in my mouth and throat more like flu which usually remains almost whole year,
3 years ago i had nose operation doc took out the increased mass from inside which help for a year but the condition became same after a year!
sometimes it gets better and sometimes it gets worse!
3 months ago i developed depression and anxiety issue and took medicines for it (attached priscription)... which is better now but sometimes i take over the counter medicine for my neck muscles pain and migraine (nuberol) and for allergy i use fexet (60mg)...
from past 2 days my allergy got worse so im taking medicine (i have attached the priscription) for it.
