Talk to General Problems on Hair And Dht

aoa all,my problem is thin hair .dr adviced me multivitamins,shampo,vit e1000,and oil of bioxine .i used it for some months.but not work properly. so tell me about dht.how to check it.and one more thing is that i was doing masturburation from many years but now its like 2 years i stopped it.so it is good for dht block.kindly help me .i m really confused.🤔
